I have always had a passion for helping others, so i feel truly blessed to be loving what I do every day.

I have previously worked for 8 years as a Support Staff at the Echuca Specialist school. It was here I got to work with many different children with different disabilities and challenges.

Leaving in 2018 to be more available for my two children who both have special needs. 2018 Shine Bright Disability Services began.

I have over 15 years' experience in foster care, taking on two small children full time whom both have FASD, ADD, attachment disorder and trauma. Along the way we have also fostered children with Autism and many other disabilities.

I get great satisfaction out of working with people of all ages and with many different disabilities. I always offer 100 percent care and understanding of all of my clients and their special needs.

Charley began working with Shine Bright in February 2021. Charley has a natural gift in working with children. She has the patience of a saint with a mature, responsible outlook on life. Charley enjoys building lasting relationships, she truly enjoys her work and watching the progression and growth of the clients along the way.

Charley Is fully qualified as a disability support worker, as well as ongoing training in FASD and Autism and ADHD. working with children’s and first aide.

Charley Loves Animals especially her own to dogs Dora and Duck. She also enjoys travel and keeping fit. and is a great cook.

Tayla started with shine bright in June May 2023, Tayla has completed her certificate 3 in disability and is currently doing certificate 4 in disability and community services. Tayla is fun, caring and the clients adore her.

She is a natural, we are blessed to have her part of our team.
